Beth Goldfarb Jackson, Creative Director

Blending her passions for creativity and community service, Beth specializes in cause-related design and marketing and has a long history of working with nonprofit organizations. Her award-winning designs have been featured in Designing for the Greater Good. With more than 20 years of experience, Beth has worked with clients that have ranged from boutique firms to Fortune 500 corporations, including the Screen Actors Guild Awards, the Foundation for the Junior Blind and the Autry National Center. In 2009, she founded Cause Farm Creative as a means to partner with great organizations that believe in the power of doing good.

Jeffrey Jackson, Marketing Strategist/Senior Designer

Jeff has built a 30+ year career as a marketing media expert spanning all media including web, print, POS, outdoor and broadcast media. For the past 10 years he has specialized in full-stack custom website and CMS development for select clients and non-profits. He excels at managing large projects and teams and he advocates an approach to creative projects that is laser-focused on client goals. His past clients have included Sony, Novartis, and Western Union.

George Wilson, Senior Designer

George has over a decade of experience creating marketing media for companies and organizations both large and small including Wells Fargo, Sony, Smirnoff, Amstel, BBC America and Children’s Bureau. Growing up on a farm in Australia, George quickly learned the value of hard work and a well-designed hazard sign. Web design and development is one of his many areas of expertise and he views assignments as a partnership striving to maximize the impact of the client’s vision in a way best suited for their individual business.

Charles Tseng, Technology Director

Charles has over 20 years of experience building software, managing engineering teams, and leading tech startups. He was previously the co-founder and CTO at REX, a venture backed startup based in Los Angeles that has raised over $26M and is disrupting the Real Estate market. He is an aggressive, hands-on full stack engineer and a creative problem solver with a balance of business and technical acumen. Over the past several years, Charles has successfully launched multiple products into the market. He has a proven track record managing enterprise projects with large engineering teams and budgets up to $10 million for companies like, Yamaha, Molina Medical Centers and Schlumberger. Previously, Charles also led the engineering team at Zumbox from its conception to raising over $35M in total.

Jackie Brown, Graphic Designer

Jackie graduated from San Diego State University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with an emphasis in Advertising and Marketing. Her passion for graphic design came from a love she has for all genres of art and design. Over the last ten years, she has created work for a variety of industries and companies showcasing her ability to acclimate to different professional realms from engineering firms to salons and spas. In Jackie’s free time she enjoys good books, great coffee, spending quality time with her family, and volunteering for her church and other non-profit organizations.

Brian Gillespie, Graphic Designer

Specializing in branding and identity systems, Brian Gillespie has over 10 years of experience working in the advertising and marketing industry. After ascending to senior graphic designer at Weston/Mason marketing, he has spent the last three years expanding his level of expertise in web design and interactive media at Gillespie Design. With this new broadened creative repertoire, Brian has enjoyed designing materials for some of Los Angeles’s premier public organizations. With an innate sense of how things work and fit together, as well as a skilled visual aesthetic, Brian’s talents are uniquely suited for creating layouts that both communicate effectively and are a pleasure to look at. Brian has developed designs for clients that have included The National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, Surviving Whole: Cancer, D.R. Horton and the Alta Bates Summit Medical Center. In his off time Brian loves playing tennis, hiking, biking and developing pictures in his homemade darkroom.

Jasper, Reception/Security

Jasper became a certified animal therapy dog in 2017 and is proud to now be a serial do-gooder like Beth. He counts “putting a smile on the face of everyone he meets” among his good deeds. Because he was rescued from Downey Animal Shelter when he was nine months old, Jasper is a big advocate of pet adoption. When not at work or volunteering his time at hospitals, Jasper enjoys chasing squirrels, hiking along the bluffs above Silicon Beach, and disembowleing stuffed toys.
